THEA Math test prep books and practice questions are not enough, and classes and tutors are too expensive. That’s why we created our THEA Math test prep course - to offer the perfect balance of affordability and effectiveness that has always been missing for students preparing for the THEA Math test. The Texas Higher Education Assessment (THEA) is quite simply an objective assessment of a test taker's requisite foundation of knowledge and skills. THEA scores are used by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) and National Evaluation Systems (NES) as a uniform standard of qualification.

Adaptive means that the level of the questions that you get are dependent on if you answer previous questions correctly or not. The higher the level of question the higher the overall weight that problem has. Also note that the design of the ACCUPLACER test is different from the THEA math practice test we link to on this page.

All the problems on this test are on the same page. On the test you will be taking, one problem at a time will appear on your computer screen. When a problem appears, you will click on the answer at which point it proceeds to the next problem. IF THIS PRACTICE TEST IS SET UP DIFFERENTLY THAN THE ACCUPLACER TEST, HOW WILL THIS HELP ME????? Good question if I do say so myself. You never know the exact questions you are going to get on the test.

However, we do know the concepts over which you will be tested. I believe that if you have the mathematical concepts down, then you should be able to answer a wide variety of questions that use those concepts no matter what the format of the test is. THEA Math Practice Test Below is the link to the THEA practice test found at the official THEA website put together by NES. This practice test is basically set up the way you will see the real THEA math test. Of course, your test will be given in a test booklet. This practice test will help you get use to the way they word questions, practice strategizing, get an idea of the length of the test (this practice test has 48 questions; they tell me that the size of the actual test usually runs between 40 and 55 questions), get in the THEA math mode and get use to working a lot of math problems all at the same time. Distante rutiere romania calcul faz excel. Since there are 48 questions, it may take you awhile to go through all the problems, maybe between 1 to 3 hours, depending how fast you are (you would know more than anyone else).

If at all possible, try to take the test in one setting to get use to how it will be for the real thing. If your schedule doesn't permit you to do this in one setting, that is ok, the most important thing is that you eventually go through all the problems on the practice test. THEA (TASP) Study Guides.

The THEA test is the same test as the old TASP test, they just have different names. Any study guide that worked for TASP will also work for THEA. The above practice test that we link to comes from the 'The Official THEA (TASP) Test Study Guide' put out by NES. This study guide can be found at • • Most bookstores • School libraries There are also other THEA (TASP) study guides that can be found in most bookstores. All of them that I have seen are good and give overall practice tests as well as explanations for every question.
